 PCB Assembly

The production preparations begin with the visual examination of fundamental components, boards, and assembly before moving on to manufacturing/structural test and, finally, functional or systems test. Our capabilities are:

- Jumper wire

- Axial components (26/52mm)

- Radial components (2.5mm/5.0mm)

- SMD components (upto 1005 (0402) RC, TR, SOIC, SOP, PLCC, QFP)

- Fine-pitch (upto 0.3mm pitch and 50x50mm size)

- Ball Grid Arrays (BGA)

- Large, bulky components

Testing - Visual, ICT & Functional

Megatek's testing is carried out in three steps:

- Visual: The PCB's are visually inspected for all types of possible manufacturing faults

- ICT: This test uses a grid of electrical probes that make contact with a product's circuitry in order to measure actual component values, perform electrical tests for short and open circuits and examine signal path integrity.

- Functional: In the final stage, the products are tested on their functionalities
